Tshepang Sports is a Botswana digital transformation professional working at the crossroads of technology, governance and customer experience.

He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Botswana and a Postgraduate Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from Botswana Accountancy College, backed by a rare cross-disciplinary certification stack — CISM, ITU’s Excellence in Digital Government, CompTIA Security+, CCXP and PRINCE2®️ Project Management — that lets him move fluently between cybersecurity, risk and the human side of technology adoption.

Currently an Account Manager at Botswana Telecommunications Corporation, and previously with Huawei Technologies Botswana, he has spent his career translating enterprise technology and telecoms infrastructure into services people can actually trust and use. His recent specialisation in digital government — digital public infrastructure, GovStack, interoperability — has sharpened a conviction that shapes everything he now builds: connectivity without citizen readiness is unfinished work.

At DCF, Tshepang spearheads the foundation's strategic direction, institutional alliances with telecom operators, state agencies, and community partners, driving national initiatives for elder cyber safety, consumer fraud awareness, and grassroots digital empowerment across Botswana.
